TripHire acts purely as an intermediary software platform connecting users seeking transport with independent third-party bus operators. TripHire does not own, lease, drive, maintain, inspect, or manage any buses or transportation fleets.

2. Zero Liability for Frauds & Financial Scams

TripHire is strictly NOT responsible or liable for any fraudulent acts, financial scams, unauthorized direct cash collections, misappropriations, or default of payments between operators, drivers, agencies, and passengers. Any offline financial transactions are conducted entirely at the parties' own risk.

3. 100% Operator Responsibility & Compliance

The registered Bus Operator assumes 100% complete legal, operational, and commercial responsibility for:

• Valid RTO registration, commercial permits, vehicle fitness certificates, road tax, and comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance.
• Driver verification, valid commercial heavy vehicle driving licenses, background checks, sobriety, and professional on-road conduct.
• Passenger safety, mechanical maintenance, breakdowns, tyre punctures, accidents, transit delays, and arranging prompt replacement vehicles if required.
• Transparent fare quotations, GST compliance, cancellation policies, and refund processing directly with the customer.

4. Indemnification & Legal Protection

The Operator agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TripHire, its promoters, directors, employees, and affiliates from all claims, police reports, consumer court cases, damages, losses, penalties, and legal expenses arising out of any trip, vehicle operation, or driver action.
