TripHire acts purely as an intermediary software platform connecting users seeking transport or tour packages with independent third-party bus operators and tour organizers. We do not own, operate, drive, or directly manage any vehicles or tour execution.

2. Limitation of Liability

TripHire is not liable or responsible for:

• Vehicle breakdowns, accidents, mechanical faults, or transit delays.
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal luggage, belongings, or valuables.
• Personal injuries, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events during travel or tours.
• Schedule revisions, route changes, or service cancellations decided directly by the bus operator or travel organizer.

3. Service Obligations

Contractual obligations regarding vehicle quality, seating arrangements, safety, driver conduct, and tour itinerary fulfillment rest solely between the customer and the respective bus operator or travel organizer. TripHire facilitates communication and transparent enquiries between both parties.

4. User Acknowledgment

By submitting an enquiry or booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms and conditions.
