2. Zero Liability for Frauds & Monetary Scams

TripHire is strictly NOT responsible or liable for any fraudulent collections, customer payment scams, fake discount promises, offline cash dealings, unauthorized bank transfers, or monetary disputes between organizers and clients. Any off-platform financial transactions are solely at the parties' own risk.

3. 100% Organizer Responsibility & Obligations

The registered Tour Organizer assumes 100% complete legal, operational, and financial responsibility for:

• Fulfillment of published package itineraries, sightseeing spots, meal inclusions, hotel categories, and transport arrangements.
• Possession of valid travel agency registrations, GST compliances, tourism permits, and statutory licenses.
• Customer safety, medical emergencies, travel insurance coverage, and professional conduct of tour guides and coordinators.
• Handling pricing transparency, advance booking deposits, cancellation policies, weather-related adjustments, and customer refund claims.

4. Indemnification & Legal Protection

The Tour Organizer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TripHire, its promoters, directors, and staff against any customer claims, consumer court cases, police complaints, compensation demands, or legal liabilities arising from tour execution or agency services.

5. Voluntary Acceptance of Terms
